* Min 5+ years of hands on experience in business objects end to end tools in SAP & non SAP (preferably Sage MAS, SQL & Oracle) environment.
* Design, Architecture experience is must.
* Must have worked on SQL & OLAP as backend for Business Objects reporting.
* Provide hands on training for techncial users on BO reporting tools like Web Intelligence, Dashboard Manager, Crystal reports and Xcelsius.
* Must have solid knowledge in BO Audit, BO Security, BO CMS server knowledge.
* Requirements gathering and Business Blueprinting experience to determine scope.
* Strong communication skills and team player.
