| Job Description |
- Should be able to co-ordinate between onsite and offshore.
- Should be technically strong.
- Should have a hold on HR module.
- Provide a high quality of SAP implementation / support / Upgrade to SAP Customers by gaining.
- Deep product expertise on the assigned SAP topics.
- Report writing using ALV and ABAP lists for SAP.
- Resolve customer messages and internal messages for SAP Projects at the Development Support level for the releases owned by IMS in SAP.
- Ensure high quality of corrections with no regressions. Ensure high quality of patches in the SAP Project.
- Efficient interaction with other teams e.g. of the SAP Project for Primary Support, Development, other IMS teams etc. to ensure optimized support for the customer.
- Ability to provide time and resource estimates for ABAP work.
- Experience of dealing with multiple modules including FI, MM, WM, SD, PP and QM. |
