| Job Description |
· IT experience in the areas of application development of complex business applications or development to support an enterprise ERP package.
· Consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of related education and required work experience.
· At least 5 years SAP ABAP development experience.
· Ability to interpret and document end-user process support and information needs and to implement appropriate solutions to address those needs.
· Ability to execute all phases of the systems development life cycle.
· Demonstrated ability to explain technology issues and work progress to both technical and non-technical team.
· Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· In-depth knowledge of, and the ability to use, a wide range of SAP development technologies such as reports, Enhancements, Module Pool, UserExits, Adobeforms, Smartforms, ALV, ABAP Objects, IDocs (must have), BAPIs (must have), BADIs and etc.
· Ability to be on-call and provide afterhours support when needed.
· Exposure to ECC 6 would be an added advantage especially in FI/CO or PSCD module.
· Should have very good inter-personal skills, requirement gathering, Design, development, Estimation methodology, System study, Documentation, SAP methodologies, Integration testing, Team leadership skill, Status reporting, etc
· Should have customer focus attitude towards work and team bonding skill-sets. |
